A Belgian NGO, Project U Turn, brings ten disabled people with varying degrees of paraplegia, deafness and blindness, on an adventure holiday in Tenerife. They intend a coast to coast trek from El Poris to Garachico, crossing over the mountains, in seven days. They set off from el Poris at about 1pm on the first leg of their journey helped by a group of volunteers who will accompany them on their way. Anthony holds his head in his hands before setting off.
