The Honorary Irish Consul, Mr Álvaro de la Bárcena Argany, in the blue suit, hosted the St Patricks day celebrations with the local Irish ex patriate residents and visitors. The ceremony began with a statue of St Patrick carried from the Ayuntamiento,(Town Hall), to the local church where mass was held then followed by a gala dinner.
